"The hotel could benefit from having kettles, maybe a small fridge, hand soap, shower gel etc in each room to make guests stay a bit more comfortable. We'd received the same benefits for cheaper prices in other hotels in the region. cleanliness could have been better. Dust along the skirting boards and in corners of the room. If you visit in summer be sure to take a wall plug for mosquito repellent! Breakfast was a lovely bonus!"

"What an amazing hotel right in the heart of beautiful Ghent!!! And it comes with a swimming pool! The rooms are spacious with amazing views of the river and huge bed. The bathroom is amazing with modern bathtub, shower and his and hers sinks. Breakfast can be served outside enjoying the view. The gentlemen at reception was extremely nice and polite helping us with any requests. What a great choice. Next time we're in Ghent we will definitely come back to this hotel! "

"Had a good stay for four nights, but it is more of an Airbnb than a hotel. I would not prefer their reception-less method if traveling alone. Rooms are spacious and quiet, but a little dingy/dusty. "A lovely hotel overlooking the river in a tranquil, quiet area. The hotel was clean, well appointed and the location was very convenient just outside the bustle of the city. We stayed in the family room which had a huge bed, 2 double sofabeds and a small table to play games. "This is a ‘get what you pay for’ hotel. Rooms are basic and clean, breakfast is good and it is very easy to get in and out by car or to the city center by tram (easier with Google maps for station stops) I am in love with the front desk staff for so many reasons! Sweet and super helpful they had good ideas and advice on places we wanted to go, how to get there and always ready to hear about our adventures when we returned. It’s like coming home to family at the end of the day:) "
