"Only giving a 4 instead of a 5 for a few reasons. We didn't have breakfast so can't attest to how good it is. The shower was somewhat difficult to use due to the shower head not wanting to stay still. With that said it's in a good location pretty close to a bus stop which takes ~25 minutes to get to the tourist area or a 45 minute walk mostly downhill."

"It is a wonderful property, beautiful location of Florence. Hotel is in great condition, location is only fifteen minutes away from all the center attractions.
