"Arrived very late, self catering apartment but nowhere nearby to purchase provisions. However hired a car and found shoos within 7 kilometres. Hotel staff at both Elia Beach Hitel and Athena Pallas very nice and helpful. However in true greek style schedules and arrangements changed without notice. Room service threw away a packet of pills of mine and when confronted they acted defensive instead of helping and insisted that all they do in the room is change towels which they didn’t even do. Came back to the room the next day and they threw more things out and moved all of our things. Toilet didn’t even flush , you have to mop after you shower. Safe to say the hotel experience brought down our holiday a lot"
