"Initial experience was bad. Even though I called way ahead of check in time and said I was arriving late, they told me no problem, they kept my initial room, when I called the second time to update them on my arrival time, they told me they didn’t have that room available anymore! I have to ask for management to resolve the “problem”; they did and got a nice room and had a great time with my family. "

"Last minute reservation, we were going to be later than the check-in time, and they were very accommodating about it. Lovely location, pretty clean with a nice shower. Can get chilly, but once the heater is on and running for a little while, the room will get really warm."

"IT WAS EVERYTHING!!! i stayed in room 224. I could see the rock from the hotel room. I came here for my birthday and it was perfect. The room is very clean. The bed was so comfortable. The shower pressure and water temperature was perfect. The towels were soft. I really enjoyed my stay. I will ALWAYS choose this hotel anytime i come to Morro Bay. "
