"The hotel was very nice and clean. You were able to walk nearby restaurants or small shops. Outside by the pool you basically had your own beach. The cleaning ladies were super nice and helpful with our wedding event as well."

"The resort was lovely. There was unfortunately one front desk staff member who was rude all week to us and I feel she may be better suited for a position that does not interact with customers. The remainder of the front staff were very friendly and welcoming all week. I wish there would have been more of a variety of food options. There was only one restaurant open other than the buffet on any given night."

"This is a beautiful Hotel located at the heart of Palma. Everything was exquisite! The facilities, the service was superb, the bed was very confortable and the room had a very nice view of the Ocean. Highly recommended. Note: Just look out for a crazy "neighbor" that will honk the horn of his tiny vehicle at you if you are in his "way". As soon as you arrive make sure someone at the reception takes your car away. "Missing a shelf in the bathroom, tiles and metal in bathroom looked dirty/rusty. The fridge made a lot of sound even after changing, the heating was weird, was there in November but compared to home that is warm and there was no fan, AC. Good things about it was that the reception was always pleasant and were very helpful. The breakfast buffet varied a little from day to day so you could try new things. Overall it was good, had what I needed for the most part."

"Lovely room which was serviced every day. Sea view. Fabulous shower. Room had fridge which was handy for water, beer and wine! Great choices at breakfast buffet. Drinks good value if you're not all inclusive. Large pool with plenty of sunbeds. Luggage room and showers available if you have a later flight. "
