"We loved this hotel, lovely rooms with a nice view of the town. The beds were comfy and a good choice of pillows. We would recommend staying here, and would suggest paying for breakfast as part of the booking, also checkout the roof terrace with fantastic views. All the staff were helpful and cheerful. "

"I admit, I was unsure about the hotel before hand. But my fears were unfounded. It's a really good location for the city. We were near the beach, near the park and near to good shopping. The hotel itself was great, the staff were super helpful, the facilities were great and we greatly enjoyed our stay. If we ever go back to Las Palmas, we'd stay again."

"We were looking for some late winter sun and on a recommendation booked the Reina Isobel. The hotel is large and great facilities including a rooftop swimming pool and bar. "We were very happy with our choice of hotel, both in terms of proximity to the city centre’s attractions as well as the Playa las Canteras, and for its standard of accommodation & service. "NH Hotels are usually very friendly and practical. I will be back to Imperial. Thank you to the staff. But at the breakfast, the staff is very noisy. They clean and take things very loudly. When the pile the plates and glasses and they talk loudly. But overall I enjoyed my stay. "
