Beautiful rooms with luxury touches (we had one on the top level with an open-air terrace and a wonderful view). The restaurant is excellent for breakfast and dinner. "This is a superb riad. in the Fez Medina and what a wonderful stay we had. The building is authentic and exotic and the staff could not have been more helpful. They were at all times smiling and welcoming. The food was delicious and the presentation extremely appealing. "

"This is a oasis or calm and tranquilly just metres away from the hustle and bustle of a major route through the old city medina. The host and hostess were a delight, very friendly and accommodating. Although their English was on par with my French, we managed with humour and good grace. They were prepared to get up early and make a breakfast before I left. I would highly recommend this hidden gem"

"Very basic services. No alcohol available. 2 small bottles of water even if stayed for a year. You must buy your own. Cannot get any small change for tips. Breakfast vey good. Asked for a quiet room and got on on Main Street 6 lanes and thousands of motorcycles. They changed me but to a smaller room. "

"Hotel is ok location...close enough to the train station and new town. A bit of a walk to the medina. The staff were friendly. My room was on the 1st floor just above the bar and bar terrace so the noise was very loud until midnight or someones 1am. So dont expect any sleep before things close up. However i did find a fantastic little cafe close by - Breizh Cafe which is so friendly and does the best well food....all brilliantly priced!"

"The breakfast was lovely, fantastic view from the bar and it was very clean and safe. Walking distance from the big shopping Center Carefour.. highly recommended, we had a lovely room 110, which we loved as it with a courtyard and we could relaxed after the busy day sightseeing. "

"Riad Fes is a gorgeous property with Moroccan architecture and decor at its finest; it perfectly combines unique character and luxury. The rooftop has beautiful views of the city and Rif mountains. Anoüæŕ was a great bartender and server who was so happy and helpful. He went above and beyond to make us comfortable. We really enjoyed the Andalusian music at dinner and the musician Bernise was very welcoming. We recommend trying the eight Moroccan salads at the Restaurant Gayza. The Valentine’s Day rose petals, Fez traditional hats, and heart-shaped pavlova and chocolates were very cute for celebrating. They easily coordinated day tours and excursions for us. We were confused by the light switches in the room and the luggage service was delayed but were minor inconveniences. Most guests were American as well. All in all, it was a wonderful 3-night stay in Fes! "

"Riad was very beautifully decorated and staff was extremely polite and friendly. We had small issue not able to wash our clothes, but staff took us to a local laundry mart 2 mins away from riad and we got our clothes washed and dried in less than two hours. Breakfast is fast and fresh, suggest to have eggs or omelettes for hot breakfast option. Room was spacious and clean, area is very quiet, as long as other guests inside riad is not having a party, you will have a good night sleep for sure. We enjoyed our stay there and thank you very much! "

"We had a wonderful stay at Riad Alassala in Fes. We went as a group 8 people including kids and everything was perfect. The place in a quiet street around Fes Medina. Staff was very friendly, accomodating and helpful. They prepared earlier breakfast for us to take along our day trip upon request, ironed clothes as well when needed. I highly recommend staying at this Riad."
