"We had a rented car but you can come to stay here by bus. It provides free transport to Lanzarote airport. The breakfast was excellent with chosable eggs, and excellent cold meat selections. One of the best possible o/night or longer stays near the airport."

"The hotel is beautiful, rooms are wonderful, food is very good. It is centrally located so you can easily visit the whole island. The hotel is somewhat sparsely staffed, but everyone is friendly and helpful. We visited during the summer and the trade winds were so strong umbrellas couldn't be opened, which left us with no shade whatsoever. Kitesurfing was great though! Overall a wonderful stay."

"We came by the property a bit by chance but so glad we did. The room and accommodation was very comfortable and modern. The staff were superb and could not do enough for you and the buffet breakfast had a very wide choice and was fresh and cooked to order each day."

"Lovely hotel in Teguise, We stayed in room 6 which is a very good size, and has two balconies. One overlooks the inner courtyard and the other (at the front of the hotel) has a westerly view... great for watching the sun set over the volcanoes with a sun-downer! The hotel has a very relaxed and laid-back feel, with friendly staff. Fabulous continental breakfast, and a very good restaurant too. We would definitely return."

"La Finca Isolina is a fabulous B&B with spectacular views of the sea. The breakfasts are wonderful and the dinner we had was cooked with fresh, all local ingredients by a professional chef. We would love to return!"

"Villa Vik was a great place for a peaceful holiday with excellent accommodation, food and staff. Swimming in the pool was a real pleasure. Our only reservation was that there were too few staff on duty; often it appeared that just one person had to set tables, staff reception and serve drinks at the bar / pool. They did so cheerfully and helpfully but were stretched."

"A lovely quiet hotel a few minutes drive from the centre of Tinajo where are there are a couple of restaurants and supermarkets. If you want a lively nightlife then this probably isn't for you, but if you want a relaxing break where all of the tourist spots are within a 30 minute drive then this place is great. "La Penita is in a great location. Check in was very pleasant and quick. Our apartment was clean enough and had plenty of kitchen equipment. The towels are small and very well worn. Maid came twice during our stay and again on day before we left to empty bin and leave clean towels. The beds are two singles pushed together , we found that to be very uncomfortable. "We had a lovely stay, room was clean & perfect for us. The shower was great & we loved the view. Breakfast had a wide variety of food & drinks. We had lunch by the pool once and it was delicious. Wish we had eaten there more often. We would love to come back and stay again. "

"We had an excellent time at this hotel. There was plenty for the kids to do. The staff were fantastic. The only downside was that I found that the beds weren't as comfortable as I had hoped. I think the mattresses are due a change. But other than that the hotel was excellent."
