We booked 5 nights at the Pueblo Bonito Mazatlan, but only stay 2 nights, because after visiting the Pueblo Bonito Esmeralda Bay for a day, we were amazed by the resort location, hospitality, food, relaxing atmosphere and the greenery. Then we requested to be transferred to the Esmeralda Bay, we spoke to reservation at the location and they were kind enough to grant our request at no extra cost, for the remaining of our trip...we realy love the Esmeralsa Bay and...

"The proprty is old and unkept, nothing in the hotel works. I had two elderly ladies with me and we struggled going up and down to our room as the elevator did not work and would not stop on our floor. I had to go to the lobby to take the elevator to our floor everyday. The toilet was always clogged, the windows would not open and the AC did not work. Our room was a mess all around."

"The view from our 14th floor balcony was outstanding. Our stay was 3 weeks and 3 times we needed to call down for a new access number for wifi. Much more convenient to have it for the entire 3 weeks. The location of the hotel is great. Easy access to shopping, restaurants, bars, etc. The pulmanias are the best invention. Such an easy way to get around. "
