"Facilities were clean & well maintained. The resort was a little too big for my liking, beach was 3/8 mile to beach area from room. The resort does not have long beach access, very limited to a cove area which is very nice but you can not go on long walks down the beach. Food was also a little on the bland side compared to many other resorts I’ve been to in Riviera Maya.Overall give this resort a 7 out of 10."

"After reading a few bad reviews I was a bit worried about the room conditions. But our room was great. AC worked really well and everything was clean and spotless. They are doing a lot of renovations and updating but you literally are never bothered by it. Staff are really great. And management takes guest safety very seriously. Zero tolerance for unsafe behaviour. We had an amazing time. "

"Absolutely wonderful! Perfect for families or just adults! We will definitely return!! Eduardo and Gerardo at the pool bar were excellent. Andreas with activites was a ton of fun! Best resort we have been to in Mexico. Incredible beach! Cleanlinest next to none."

"Took 14 people there. Employees worked hard to take carer of us. Room was big and cleaned. Most of the shows were great. However, it was a 15 minute walk to the beach at a fast pace. The tram they use is slow and not very safe or reliable. Somedays we didn't have hot water. Very poor water pressure. Sliding door was extremely hard to open. Need better lighting on trails with signs. "

"love the ambiance, the grounds are beautiful and great style! location is great, on the beach and close to good restaurants. Staff is super friendly. The only negative was no hot water and it was a big multi-day hassle to get it fixed. "

"This was my second time coming to a his resort! Loved the closeness of everything, beach, pool dining, bar! Staff is amazing super friendly and very kind. They got to know each of us. I highly recommend the spa! Hydro therapy and full massage was out of this world! Was bummed by the food options, but you get what you paid for. The staff went out of their way to help accommodate to your desires! "
