"Lovely stay in a great hotel. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice. Omelette a particular favourite. Pool and gym facilities excellent. Short tram ride to city centre about 15 minutes. "

Not very touristy (which we like) but walkable to train station (about 20 minutes). Lots of restaurants to choose from on the walk toward train station. Grocery store across the street 2minute walk.
