"The staff was very nice and helpful. The property and the rooms are updated. I found my room a bit small. But it was okay for a short business trip. I didn‘t have breakfast but it looked very good to me. I dined in the restaurant in the hotel. The food was good and the service excellent. The only minor remark I would make is the choice of TV programs - there were hardly any international programs available. "

"This hotel was vibey and very clean with small but very functional rooms. I enjoyed staying here with the exception of the "room service" meal. It's not actually room service, you have to go downstairs to get it when it's ready, which I didn't realize, so I was waiting and waiting for my food to be delivered (which had said ETA 20 min) before I checked my order and realized I had to go downstairs. "It was fine really. Very practical and comfortable. I don't think I appreciated on booking it was without a receptionist which made the whole experience feel very transactional (which is fine on business). Hannover was unexpectedly expensive otherwise I wouldn't normally pay so much this. In future, I would try to plan further ahead. It is what it is. "

"First two rooms had issues with them, and that’s a testament to Pedro that he made sure we had a good stay and found us a third room! Honestly, it’s said to be near sketchy area. That’s not true. If you have kids, there’s an amazing trampoline park downstairs. And you’re about a 15 minute walk from the central train station that goes around the country. Ok, but a bit noisy

"Nice staff and great restaurant. Hotel a bit “tired” ie carpets worn etc. Biggest problem was I had a room with the busy road on one side and the open atrium in the centre of the hotel on the other. This meant that there was a lot of noise when trying to sleep from both sides of the bedroom with the bar being in the atrium below."
