"Check was good and quick. The accommodation was up a flight of steps, the place looked like a 1980 time share, just needed tlc, having said that, it had living room/kitchenette, separate bedroom and bathroom. The balcony overlooked the swimming pool and open area, and views of a golf course. Very quiet area. Bed was comfortable and clean, linen and towels were sufficient. No on-site restaurant or shop."

"Good night stop if travel via A7 as the hotel is located just a couple of minutes from the exit. Good commercial area with loads of shops and cheap auchan petrol station to refill. The good part of the stay was the secured car park at the back and the air conditioning working during summer heatwave. Everything else it’s pretty bad, but when paying £50 can’t really expect a lot."

"We booked Hotel Face West at the last minute as it is close to the motorway and stayed 2 nights. The room was compact, but very clean and comfortable We found a number of eateries down the street and found one where all the other customers were locals. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfasts were good value."

"The problem was at checkin. I arrived after 8:30pm so there were no staff, the checkin machine required a physical card which I had not brought with me (I was cycle touring). I tried the emergency button but the person who answer was all “nothing I can do”. I slept in the lobby until 2am when an irritated staff member woke me and after some persuasion checked me into my room."

"We checked in at very late hours and discovered that there no light at the kitchen and the bathroom. We called to property manager and he immediately relocated us to the different apartment. The new apartment was on third floor with access to the terrace "

"A bucolic B&B steps away from the walled city of Avignon. Host/Owner Brian is a delight - friendly and warm while going the extra mile to ensure his guests have a peaceful stay. Rooms are nicely decorated and you feel as though you’re in a well appointed suite of a friend’s home rather than a hotel/B&B. They have free bikes to borrow to take into town, which is a great plus, considering taking a car into the walled city is a challenge! Couldn’t recommend this place high enough! Oh, and you’ll be well fed at breakfast (included in stay) with great French pastries, an assortments of fruits, cereals, meats and cheeses, not to mention a great French omelette made with local herbs! I have stayed here twice now, and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again next time I’m in Avignon!"

"A very good budget option for self catering. Excellent quality bed and linen in a spacious one bedroom apartment. The kitchen had basic cooking utensils and was adequate for our needs. The golf course and lots of green space surrounds the property and it was easy to drive to Place des Italians for park and ride to Avignon. We would definitely stay again when driving from UK to our house in Spain. There was secure parking outside of the apartment and the car park gates shut overnight. It was a very comfortable, safe and peaceful place to stay. "
