"I recently stayed at the Springs River Hotel in Ebbsfleet and was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. The room was spotlessly clean, and the air conditioning was a welcome touch—especially during the warmer evenings. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere from check-in to check-out. One of the highlights was the adjoining pub, which made grabbing breakfast and evening meals super convenient. The food was tasty, and it was nice not having to venture far after a long day. For the price, the hotel offers excellent value, especially considering the amenities and location. There were a couple of minor drawbacks: the mattress was quite firm, which might not suit everyone’s preference, and there was a bit of dust due to nearby construction. However, these didn’t overshadow the overall comfort and convenience of the stay. If you’re looking for a well-priced, friendly place to stay in Ebbsfleet with good food options and clean, cool rooms, Springs River Hotel is a solid choice."

"Nice hotel, with plenty of parking. Quick and easy check in. Room was nice, clean and comfortable. Bathroom was nice and clean, good shower and nice soft towels. Bar/restaurant was nice. Reasonably priced although limited selection of drinks available and by the second night they had run out of Magners. Only issue I had was 2 light bulbs out in my room, making one side of the room very dark, I spoke to reception on the Friday night who said maintenance had finished work for the day and she would leave a message for them to fix on the Saturday. Came back to my room on Saturday night and they hadn’t been changed. Overall a very good stay, nice hotel, will definitely stay again."

"We stay here many times a year for events at brands hatch or a simple getaway the walk just behind the hotel Shorne woods is excellent. Never had a bad stay staff are so lovely the hotel is so relaxed and such a nice atmosphere "
