"A beautiful and comfortable log home with a view of the mountains. Excellent place to stay if you are spending time in the Eastern Townships or are passing through. "Room was nice and modern. Downfall is the train tracks are less than 50 ft from the room windows. VERY loud. Our room was also above the parking garage so Everytime the door opens and closes it’s loud and the room vibrates. Hot tub was nice. "

"The rooms are very clean however was lacking comfort and coziness. The rooms are unnecessarily big and seemed somewhat cold. I wish that the arrangement of furniture would bring more warmth to the overall feel of the room. A concrete example would be to have extra seating area, a more comfy couch, a touch of greenery or some art work that could make it feel more homey. These are first world problems that I am describing, however the price of the room in a secluded place like Venise En Québec would warrant such upgrades. Overall enjoyed my stay. Great staff, restaurant, spa and cleanliness. "
