The location is perfect—close to local attractions yet quiet enough for a peaceful night's rest. What truly made my stay memorable, however, was the exceptional service at the front desk. "No issues at the hotel. Friendly receptionist and nice hotel! The spa area was nice and clean. Also it’s a 5min walk from main train station and close to shops. "

"The views are spectacular , the staff at the reception are nice, not that much at the Zion spa . English is a problem , they all speak Slovak and polish. No air condition in the whole hotel. How come , a 5 star hotel without air condition in the summer where temp is 95. They asked us to open the window and they brought us a fan from 1990 . All the bugs in the valley end entering through the open window. Breakfast is greasy and don’t expect any one to smile at you. Definitely , not worth the money, few other options in the area probably better. Over priced with less amenity . Not to mention , the spa receptionist did have much of decency . If you don’t speak Slovak , look somewhere else."
