"This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in, that it's in Taiwan, where expectations of hotels is low makes that even more impressive! The hotel itself is on is Ita Thao side of Sun Moon lake, which in my opinion is the better side. We didn't like the Main side as much. You step out the door pretty much onto the main road with all the street food vendors for snacks/breakfast/lunch/dinner. As they shut up by 7pm it doesn't disturb you in the evening. "Loved this hotel one of the best we've stayed in around Taiwan. Great bed, bathroom with bath and good shower, good sized room and good breakfast. Only suggestions would be coordination of the lifts as you press each button for each lift at the moment. Also pool opening at 5pm when the sun sets within the hour is very limiting, plus it was very cold. But as we said we did like the hotel and staff are very friendly. "

"Location was good as it was near the train station. Walkable to a few breakfast places. For the unbelievable low price we paid it was an excellent stay. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom has a bidet! Loved that! Room wasn’t big but ok for 2. We were given an extra large king size bed "

"Overall very good. Great location and service. Comfortable and clean room and bathroom. Right next to Sogo, Watsons, and Family Mart. Close to Caligraphy Park and lots of places to eat nearby. They also have easy to use washer and dryer for NT50. Great place, will stay here again on our next trip, and recommend this hotel."
