We had an afternoon tea, used the Spa facilities as well as a treatment. Special thanks to Alice who did my facial and massage and Tony from concierge who did a showed me around the hotel to help choose our room. "

"It was excellent for me as a solo traveller.Easy to locate. The staff were very helpful, the room I stayed in was clean and well decorated. I liked the wet room bathroom and the facilities in it were easy to use. The only problem I could see was the shortage of towell rails. There was only one towell rail but the bedroom was large and could accommodate 3 people. As the wet room is also large perhaps 2 more towell rails could be attached to the wall opposite the shower seat for when 2 people stay."
