"Booked 2 rooms at this hotel for 3 nights and when we arrived, it was closed down!!! No phone call or email or any notice whatsoever. Prepaid over $500 and have nothing to show for it. We had to book rooms down the street which more than doubled the cost of our trip. I can’t get a response from the hotel and hotels.com is supposed to be ‘looking into it’ but we’re a month past and still nothing! This is simply shameful!"

"We had an amazing stay over the weekend. My fiance and I do a "sweetheart getaway' every weekend. We choose a different local hotel and enjoy a weekend staycation that includes food, fun, and a comfortable room. This property by far has been the best hotel that we've stayed at. Front desk staff were courteous, efficient and knowledgeable of the area for dining and entertainment. The room was gorgeous with an incredibly cozy bed and a nice room set up.
