"Booked 2 rooms at this hotel for 3 nights and when we arrived, it was closed down!!! No phone call or email or any notice whatsoever. Prepaid over $500 and have nothing to show for it. We had to book rooms down the street which more than doubled the cost of our trip. I can’t get a response from the hotel and hotels.com is supposed to be ‘looking into it’ but we’re a month past and still nothing! This is simply shameful!"

"Traveling solo to visit friends and family. Check-in was smooth and took little time. The hotel room was in good condition. The bed was comfortable. Noise was a bit of an issue as the room next door was noisy and walls are thin. I was still able to sleep. The hotel Wi-Fi was shaky. I could not stream anything on my Roku. "
