"We came to do walking in the south east of Tasmania and to see the auroa australia. We were able to do both even though the weather was a bit of everything. A lovely deck overlooking the beach and sea. A nice pub 5 mins walk up the road so we didnt have to cook dinner. A really peaceful and quiet area."

"Spacious house with a beautiful beachfront position. A beautiful space for several days by the beach to chill and unwind or as a base for exploring the glorious Bay of Fires. 10 minutes to St Helen’s if you’ve forgotten anything! The bedrooms were dark, and one doesn’t really have a window (the window looks into the storage space). But, you don’t come to the beach to stay in your room (even if you ARE a teenager). No fans or air con, so it was warm. And tank water - so you have to boil...

"Stayed at Freycinet Panorama for 2 nights a couple of weeks ago with my elderly parents. They had the master bedroom and were very pleased with their comfortable bed, however, I tried out both of the other two double beds and they were extremely hard. I ended up having to put blankets under the sheets on the second night in order to get a good night's sleep. A good mattress topper would probably fix the problem. "The house has an absolutely stunning view. Complete amenities provided by the host: foods, wines, kitchenwares, fireplace, woods, extra blankets...ETC. Would highly recommended. But since it's not in town, you will have to be able to cook while you stay here. Supermarket nearby is about 10-15 mins drives, with limited supply."
