"Onsite parking and ramp to accommodation was idea for my elderly father that used a walker. The local shops were 1 min around the corner, with a well stocked IGA, a fabulous coffee shop attached to a very popular cafe/restaurant. Coffee was excellent and the staff were exceptionally nice. Only a very short walk down the hill to the esplanade around the bay, and then easy access to a beautiful sandy beach that provided a fabulous early morning or evening walk around the waterfront. "We didnt feel welcomed at this property. There was perfunctory communication, notices on the fridge and dishwasher informing us of no internet and broken dishwasher. Minimal furniture, messy wiring for tv etc, and a hallway light we couldn't turn off. Upon departure at 9.30 (checkout time 10am), the cleaner was waiting to get in. We felt rushed and uncomfortable. "

"House was good. Letting agency came across poorly. Request for slightly late checkout was rejected out of hand - they said the house was let that same night and they needed to clean, but online booking showed house was NOT rented and Coles Bay was dead as a doornail while we were ther with most houses dark at night so the cleaning staff were certainly not busy. If you Google them you will find they refused refunds during COVID."

The location is perfect, 100 meters to coffee shop, a restaurant and supermarket and just a couple of Ks down the road to the National Park. Bed was great, top class linen"
