"I really enjoyed my stay at Lovat House - the room and bathroom was very spacious, the bed SO comfortable and the host, Joe, was a delight!!! It’s easy to find and in a great location and I had no trouble parking. If I return to Crieff, I will be going back and I thoroughly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Crieff."

"Nothing too much trouble for the staff. Even on a really busy evening when fully booked in Thier restaurant they brought food to my room off Thier restaurant menu and it was the best food I had eaten in Crieff including eating at crieff hydro and a few local restaurants. The room was lovely and had a small kitchenette more than adequate. A really lovely stay. Highly recommend."

"This is a beautiful part of the country and particularly handy if you like watersports - loch is within 100 yards of the hotel. Hotel is clean and staff are friendly - lots of rooms some of which have incredible views up the loch towards Lochearnhead. Room was clean and well presented - decor is dated and basic. "We loved the Riverside room. Beautiful view of the river. The room was very clean and comfortable. We slept in so we didn’t get a chance to have the breakfast, but it looked like it was going to be amazing. The host are incredibly friendly and accommodating. They even gave us some extra cookies that Brian had made.! "

"I went at the end of season but car park with the hostel was available and easy access. Room was en-suite which I wasn't expecting for a hostel but made the stay so much easier and hospitable. a large group staying there at same time but no noise from them, made an enjoyable stay"

"A night in a tent in a garden for £140 is a bit expensive specially for the quality of it. Floor uneven and cracked, and smelt a bit dump. Bathroom (in main house) is a bad design and water goes everywhere. We wanted to ask the owner questions, while they were in their private room, and as soon as we tried to get their attention, they went quiet and ignored us. They must have been able to hear me. I found it rude."

"Had yet another lovely stay. We have stayed here quite a few times now and we are never disappointed. Staff were lovely, friendly and extremely accommodating. Bed was really comfortable so had a great nights sleep. Rooms were warm and cozy too. Breakfast was ok but I feel it is very limited as I would have preferred maybe that other options to pick from were able that’s my only issue.
