The staff are very friendly and helpful. Different rooms are available but if you wish to be looking at the ships going up and down the river or the trains then you need to book a room with a View. The next day we checked out and left our bags at the hotel to take a train into the city for some sightseeing. It was also super easy. Really happy with our stay."
