"하나의 독채 아파트를 사용할 수 있어요. 화장실도 두개고 주방도 엄청 크고 관리도 잘해주십니다. 푸꾸옥 여행가면 샤워 필터는 필수라고 해서 저희도 사용했는데, 다른 날 숙소들에 비해서 필터가 엄청 깨끗한 편이었어요. 건물이 지어진지 얼마안돼서 그런지 수도관이 깨끗한것 같았어요. 그리고 숙소에 있는 패드를 이용해서 야시장, 소나시 해변 등 관광지까지 가는 셔틀을 부를 수 있어 너무 편했어요. 이 셔틀 덕분에 이틀동안 그랩한번도 사용하지 않았네요. 에어컨도 시원하고 호텔 수영장도 좋고 직원분들도 엄청 친절하십니다. 다들 영어도 능통하셔서 의사소통도 편했네요. 엄청 만족하는 숙소예요"

"Very spacious property, and the beach is just 20 feet away. We were impressed. Too bad that we couldnt go to the beach due to the storm. Lan, the host, is very nice and very responsive. Due to the storm on the island, we couldnt stay the full 3 nights. Host offered us credit for whatever days we have left behind. Its a pleasing suprise since we didnt expect it. The driver was also superb. We forgot our tablet at the stay and he came back to pick it up for us while we were having breakfast. We...

You need wheels though, because the best cafes and restaurants are in the north on the road to Duong Dong. It's only a ten minute drive on a scooter. I was there during the Epizode festival and it meant that there was a lot of loud music, so if you don't like loud house music stay away during those days around New Year :-). "The communication would had been easier if they didn’t only used Zalo. We were lucky our cousin joined us to communicate as she had Zalo. There was no one at the desk as stated. "Novotel is definitely a great resort for families. It has a ton of amentities including a weekly activity schedule that has something for everyone. Free bicycles, tennis, kayaking, paddle boarding, etc. Always something to do if you'd prefer to stay on resort grounds. The staff are very friendly and are quick to help. I know it's not common outside the US, but tipping the buggy drivers or room cleaners is always appreciated. Negatives Tourists. The amount of families that do not watch their kids, let them run rampant or the amount of adults that act incredibly entitled is astounding. During my 4 days, I witnessed a grown man sitting in the entrance fountain lounging like it was a pool, a woman take a paddleboard that was reserved for another guest and would not return it even after I told her the rental guidelines, a father letting his child walk along the outside border of the infinity pool on the other side of the glass where the drop was about 4 meters. If you go travel to another country that's not your own, please don't be that kind of tourist. "
