"We had a very comfortable nights stay. Plenty of hot water, comfortable beds and very peaceful and quiet. The reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful. A minor issue with the shower was dealt with superbly by the manager Mark who went above and beyond to ensure that we had a comfortable stay. In fact, couldn’t have asked for a more caring team.
