"Our stay at the Conrad was perfect. Everything about the Conrad is of the highest standard; above all, the dedication of the staff to delight their guests is unparalleled. Every experience, from start to finish, was stellar.
The Conrad is a grand and regal hotel. Stepping into the lobby, you feel like it could be the setting for an Agatha Christie book: it’s lively, with lots of people coming and going or simply enjoying meeting each other. Staff are everywhere, ready to help, and there is a lovely coffee shop and a tantalizing gift store.
The rooms, by contrast, are pin drop quiet. The spacious rooms come with a large ensuite, equipped with a huge tub, a shower, double sinks, and plenty of counter space. In keeping with the style of the hotel, there is a lovely bathroom amenity box with all the essentials, in case you forget to bring something.
When were (sadly) ready to leave, the front desk was happy to accommodate our request to store our bags until late in the evening.
We are already missing the amazing staff at the Conrad - and counting the days to our next visit!"
"We stayed at the apartment hotel for 10 days. Staff were very caring and helpful. We were welcomed warmly every time we entered the premises and my kids had great time. Sandra and Priyanka at the reception were very professional and helpful always. House keeping staff were very diligent in their work at our apartment and I thank them especially Fareh and her team of other 4 gentlemen. We would definitely stay there again if we end up in Dubai again. Thank you guys so much for your hospitality."

"My experience at One & Only Zaabeel was wonderful. Everything was perfect, the Staff, the spacious room, the ambience, the breakfast & just absolutely everything. The place was sometimes (not always) a bit smelly, but they tried to compensate that with a fabulous set of perfumes & diffusers. Definitely worth a try. Will come back again."
