"Amazing stay at the Avani Palm for our first trip to Dubai. Stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment with sea view. Apartment was spotless clean with great facilities.. full kitchen and spacious lounge. Daily housekeeping and fresh towels.. staff were polite and attentive. Breakfast and evening meal options were good value as part of the package and plenty of choice provided. Hotel is in a great spot for the tram with a stop just outside the hotel..and easy transfer to the metro just a few stops away....

"They were nice but we had issues with hot water and maintenance said they would come and did not come. On the last day I called for help with luggage but they didn’t show up. We wanted to get a taxi so we talked to the front desk and they said to go up front. At the airport the driver said the hotel charges a fee and we were charged double the amount of what we paid when we used a limo to get to the hotel from the airport. We did not hear about it when we asked at the front desk. Maybe tell us...

"The location is perfect. It has access to the Dubai mall. Staff are friendly and very responsive. The pool and fitness areas are excellent as well. I highly recommend! "
