"We booked one of the suites. When we wanted to extend our stay we had to move rooms and got an upgrade. That was excellent. Not so good: the heated pool was cold, the water dispenser in the lobby was hardly ever refilled, minibar was never refilled, our room faced the elbe river- loud music until midnight, sometimes longer. Breakfast was good, but got boring after the first couple of days."

"A great find just metres from the Frauenkirche. From start to finish, all went well. The ‘Junior’ room (509) I booked was spacious with a great bathroom including tub and separate shower cubicle. All mod cons were catered for and the breakfast was 1st class. The main selling point is however the location. About 20 minutes walk from the main station and right at the ‘Neumarkt’. Bed was comfortable although the church bells were a distraction until I closed the windows. Not a fan of hanging...
