It was convenient because it’s located right beside the train station, but some rooms are close to another hôtel bar that is very loud, and we had to pay extra to change rooms and have a new one that was basically the same but on the courtyard side.

I was traveling solo by train; the hotel's location adjacent to the train station, but within easy walking distance to the historic center, was perfect for my one-night stop in Dresden. I arrived by train, crossed the street, dropped off my bags, spent the day exploring! The city tram stops right outside, too, although I didn't need to take it. My room was spotless, comfortable, quiet, and I felt entirely safe.
