"I've stayed at this hotel more than half a dozen times in the last six months and the last couple visits I've been warmly greeted by Shayla at the front desk! "The room was bigger than expected which was nice. The Tv wasn’t working when we first got there but the maintenance guy fixed it right away. The pool might as well not even have been in use because it was literally so cold my kids lips turned purple within 5 minutes and when I asked them if they could turn the heat up they said the heat temp was as high as they could legally have it which there’s no was that’s true. This was pretty annoying because we specifically chose this hotel for the pool...

"It was ok. It would have been nice to know that they were renovating, which is very much needed. The elevator sounded sketchy and it was just very outdated. The bed and sheets were very uncomfortable. The highway is right next to the hotel and it was so loud and hard to sleep. I can see they are investing into the renovation, and I would be curious to see how it is after. The staff was very friendly. "

"My experience at the Holiday Inn in Battle Creek, MI was pleasant. The Hotel was quiet, clean, and convenient driving distance to work assignment. Lots of dining and shopping options close by. The Staff was pleasant and welcoming. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. "

"Hotel room was nice overall although the bathtub could have been cleaner. Shower curtain liner was also a little dirty. Front desk girl (not sure of her name but she was a Latina girl with glasses) was very professional & a pleasure to deal with. Would go back here again. "
