The dining area was comfortable, and the staff ensured everything was well-stocked. Speaking of the staff, they were incredibly helpful and accommodating, always ready with a smile and eager to assist with any requests or questions. The little touches, such as complimentary water and coffee available throughout the day in the lobby, added to the welcoming atmosphere. A particularly lovely surprise during my stay was the Christmas touch – the hotel gifted guests a little Panettone, which was such a thoughtful and festive gesture. Overall, Eurostars Palazzo Zichy is a gem of a hotel. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Budapest – it combines modern comfort, excellent service, and a warm stay with convenient location."

"Nicely situated in a quieter area of Budapest but still very convenient for the main attractions. Restaurants, bars and supermarkets all close by. Fantastic view of the Danube made our stay. Excellent staff, particularly the people on reception."
