"It's not a bad location as the metro and tram are five minutes walk away and two stops and you are in the centre. Day reception staff were great and the breakfast was really worth having, delicious and the staff were attentive and helpful. The decor is cool but the cleaning in the rooms was a bit slapdash, honey wasn't replaced and the desk wasn't wiped down, I had a cold so used the honey and spilled some so it was sticky, was like that for two days but otherwise the standard was really...

"Attractive building and public areas. Check-in on a Sunday evening very good with friendly member of staff. Bar tender also friendly and accommodating. Not all day time reception staff as friendly. Room comfortable, but quite drab, could easily be brightened with more colourful curtains. My room seemed to have a WC plumbing problem with sudden, very loud noises and accompanying bad odours. Excellent location for all the public means of transport of Budapest opposite the hotel. "

"I have never stayed in a hotel with such accommodating staff. They truly went above and beyond from the bellhops to reception to the waitstaff in the bar. The attached restaurant is a busy tourist attraction, but hotel guests were welcomed immediately."

"The road outside and some surrounding roads were being re-done so it was very sandy and dusty. Our taxi still managed to drop us right outside though. Great staff, delicious breakfast, fab rooms and good amenities. Nothing was too much trouble. The chocolate fountain at breakfast was definitely a hit! Would return to this hotel if we visit Budapest again! "

"Great location, excellent pricing and beautiful basically brand new apartment. Everything you need to be self sufficient is in the apartment, all you need are groceries. Strangely no show curtain but just means you take a bath or a careful shower."

"Very pleased with our stay. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Breakfasts were worth the extra price. Small and intimate. Our suite was on the top floor and had great Budapest rooftop outdoor seating area. Wish I had known it was two stories as I can't do stairs without railings. Luckily, there was a downstairs option for a bedroom which was fine but smaller and needed nightstands and reading lights. The two full baths and one powder room were clean.
