"They say they are a 5 star property, but I would rate it as a 4 star property. The price of SAR2500 per night for a Superior (standard) room indicates it is a 5 star. However there was no bellman upon arrival, the mini bar is empty (they say you can call if you need something, in my book that is room service), no turn down service done, so these are all 5 star hotel requirements. A manager told me they don't do all this, only for the executive suits, what I find strange as my room is in the same...

"This is a great hotel. During our stay we had large earth moving equipment working all through the night right outside our boarded up balcony. Hotel clearly knew as the had boarded up the Balcony.
