"The area was perfect! Powell’s books/Shake Shack/Coffee shops were all within 5 minutes walking distance. really good sushi place next to the hotel. There is homeless closer to china town & at night we saw a couple but i feel like that’s every downtown area. The parking was $32 a night but it’s in a closed garage which made me feel safe. The actual room seemed old/outdated but the location was perfect & for the price it was good. "

"We've stayed at this hotel a number of times and enjoy it for the price, location, comfort and amenities, and because they are super pet friendly. Their restaurant has excellent food and the evening bartender was a wiz with cocktails. If you're travelling with a dog, there's really no better spot. The hotel is right across the street from the riverwalk park, making for an easy walk with your furry friend. "

"My husband and I spent our 1-year wedding anniversary in Portland. It was my 1st time and his 2nd; we were welcomed warmly by the front staff when we arrived. Got to our room with a sweet card wishing us a Happy Anniversary. We explored a little bit of the city but ended up at the end of the night spending a lot of time in the hotel bar/restaurant. Annie is incredible, amazing conversations with many patrons. We can't wait to go back and will definitely be staying here again! "

"Spent the last few nights here. Great location, it’s close to transit to get you wherever you need to get to but also close to food and shopping if you choose. My room was very spacious and filled all my needs. Only drawback is that it can be a bit noisy as the building is a bit old. Regardless I would definitely come back again if I was in the neighborhood again."
