"I originally booked for a mountain view, the room was not cleaned when I was sent to it, so I was moved to another room with a view of the parking lot. Original room view was gorgeous. "This is second time we've stayed at the property. As usual, staffs are always friendly. We've asked the front desk to see if it's possible to arrange to be on the same floor as our friends and they were happy to do so. Weathered the storm

"We checked into the hotel during the bomb cyclone and the computer systems were not working. The lady at the reception did an amazing job getting everyone in during the horrible conditions! The hotel completely lost power around 10:00pm and we were without heat and electricity throughout the night and morning. The seemingly staff of ONE should be commended!"
