"It's not the nicest room I've stayed in, but it was excellent for the value. The Inn area was blocked off with a fence, so I felt very safe. There was lots of parking, so I was able to park right next to my room. Got to check in early, and the staff was very friendly. There were a few shops and food spots nearby, so I had fun exploring around. Great location with downtown Chico only 5 mins away. The breakfast was pretty minimal, but was better than nothing. "Good location close to HWY 99 Most rooms have been redone, but I always seem to find issues. Everything from toilets that run continuously to chips on the bathroom counters that could cut u and loose shower towel bars. Lounge food is mediocre don't order the pizza. Beer selection is good with local IPA's. I would probably give this hotel a 6/10 and Ive slept in a lot of hotels as a travel nurse. I like it because of the location."
