"A beautiful hotel in a beautiful area! Hardly easily accessible, but worth the climb into the Erzgebirge! Facilities all shiny and new; rooms very nice. I think, however, that they made a big mistake by setting up an electronic order menu in the restaurant. "It was a clean, comfortable place. The only negatives were that breakfast was meager but ok and at 4 am the food truck came and there was so much noise transporting the food to the hotel. It woke us up. Also, the water in our room wasn’t as hot as it should have been. "

"The hotel is beautiful, all the areas are clean. The staff was nice, helpful and fast. Everything is perfect except the soundproofing of the room. I've been woken up in the next room since 4:30. You can hear absolutely everything, including small noises such as the mobile phone charger being pulled out of the socket. Putting things on the table, etc..."

"It was a very beautiful location. Very friendly staff. Decent food. However, when we ask for a cup of water (regular water) we didn't know that we ended up being charged for each glass. No bottle was ever brought out so I don't think it was bottled water. So just be careful and know you will be charged for a cup of water."

Stay here when in Dresden!!!!

"From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out, the service was efficient, friendly, helpful and professional. Our room was made up every morning when we had breakfast. The room amenities were excellent land much appreciated😆. There were a free bottle of water, a Nespresso machine and in the lobby fruit juice, water, bonbons and fruit to take as much as you wanted to. I have one complaint and that is that breakfast could be fresher. The croissants and pastries were a bit stale, the sausages were inedibly tough, the scrambled eggs a bit too chewy. It felt as if everything was left over from teo days before. The rooms are quiet, extremely clean, well appointed and spacious. The hotel cannot be better situated - wonderfully near the main tourist attractions."
