"While the staff was nice, the listing on Expedia is misleading. There was no laundry facility, the pictures showed a bathroom facility that was much nicer than ours, there was no staff on site when we arrived, and the first day we were there, there was no hot water for showers, until they turned the heater back on."

"awesome turnaround for an initial bad situation. was given a room that was not tidied, which shocked me. then it was replaced with a room of different and lesser view as it was the only other room with single bed inside, albeit on ground floor with inwards facing view, and at the end of a long walkway, which somehow is unspeakably awkward. after feedback, the front office not only upgraded me to a suite, they gave a local gaoliang and two fengshiye towels in apology. it turn out to give a well...
