"Amazing property in the most fantastic location. Sara and Walter are wonderful hosts. We originally booked for one night but stayed another night and changed our plans to enable this. Would have no hesitation in recommending this property. The sunset was amazing too."

"We had to book a room at Pineta as we came late into Italy and our rental car office had closed. Came past midnight and left right after breakfast; hard to give a thorough rating, however, all staff was great and the breakfast really nice."

"Beautiful property with lots of hiking nearby and the amazing Frasassi Cave. The staff was friendly and the front desk workers spoke English. "

"At the arrival time (4:40pm) the heating was not working. My room was cold and the bathroom had no hot water. The staff came and after three and half hours, it has started working. I was moved into another room with hot water, but the heating was off. Still, the room was not warm till 8:15pm. The staff was supportive, but they should have checked the heating before my arrival. The location is great and the breakfast is offered at a small pastry (200m from the property)."
