"Beautiful hotel in its own grounds with indoor pool. Very stylish hotel with ample spaces for guests. Very comfortable rooms. Ours had a large sunken bath. Heaven to relax. Breakfast was provided, rooms had the added benefit of kettle, coffee machine & microwave. Within 5 minutes of a commercial centre with a wide range of restaurants, snack bars and cinema. We wish we had stayed longer. Excellent hotel for families and friends. "

"Unable to get past the gate to park our vehicle. Fortunately someone unrelated to the property was able to get us through. Once we parked, we were unable to get into the property. Had another guest not arrived shortly before we did, we would have been unable to get in. There was no one to greet or check us in. A staff member arrived in the morning to prep a breakfast. "This boutique accommodation was lovely. The staff were so friendly. It’s in a renovated chateau that I think is a wedding venue with just a few guest rooms. I didn’t realise that there would be no food. So recommend that you work out dinner arrangements if staying. It’s surrounded by vineyards so nothing very close by to walk to. Most people have cars but I was solo with only my legs! Breakfast was simple with croissants and bread and jam. The train station is a 15 min walk through...

"The hotel was generally tired looking and in need of an update in corridors and rooms. I expect much more from having stayed at many other Novotel hotels. I would chose an alternative to stay. The restaurant and food was good and staff very friendly and accommodating, although they did manage to get my food bill wrong, but made good with no issue."
