"Unable to get past the gate to park our vehicle. Fortunately someone unrelated to the property was able to get us through. Once we parked, we were unable to get into the property. "Beautiful hotel in its own grounds with indoor pool. Very stylish hotel with ample spaces for guests. Very comfortable rooms. Ours had a large sunken bath. Heaven to relax. Breakfast was provided, rooms had the added benefit of kettle, coffee machine & microwave. Within 5 minutes of a commercial centre with a wide range of restaurants, snack bars and cinema. We wish we had stayed longer. Excellent hotel for families and friends. "

"Great new hotel. Custom service a bit hot and miss, was standing at reception with no acknowledgement as staff member was writing in a notebook. Actual checkin was standard after that. Room was good, very clean, a night light on bathroom would be useful. Restaurant service again very slow, was ignored for about 10 mins. It was not busy. Food very average, ordered sirloin steak, med rare, was very inconsistent and not the best, hard to eat. Rest of the food was fine. "

"The hotel staff was amazingly helpful and kind. Our room was an "outside" room meaning it was not within the perimeter of the main hotel. Bed was very comfortable. On street parking availability was very challenging. To access the pool you have to pay an additional 20 euro per person which was a bit of a surprise."
