"We loved our stay here. Villas El Encanto is located in a quiet residential area with lots of lovely bakery and breakfast options nearby. Our accommodation was excellent. 5 of us (incl 3 teenagers) stayed in a very cool and comfortable family cabin with filtered water and a fully equipped kitchen area. We enjoyed the pool area as well as the pretty garden. Thank you so much for a lovely stay - the kids were very sad to say goodbye to the dogs :-)"
"The property owner was very unresponsive. It was missing a few important amenities, which we then purchased under our own cost. Although the owner promised that we will be reimbursed for the cost, no actual reimbursement was given. There were water leakage in multiple spot which the owner failed to provide any solutions on. "Hundred percent love the place our favourite spot"
"Traveled with a group of 6 and we had a great time. Had a 3 bedroom that gave us plenty of space. The water was amazing for snorkeling, kids loved the pool. Staff was great, favorite restaurant was the grill by the water and buffet for breakfast. The other restaurant for dinner was just okay, took at least 2 hours each night to eat dinner, service was very slow and food at times was not good.
Over all minus dinner we had a great time"
