"Convenient location in the centre of Matsuyama and right in front of the airport shuttle to and from Matsuyama airport. The Okaido tram stop is also right in front so you can get to Dogo Onsen area and Matsuyama castle is just a walk away behind the hotel. Good if you need a hotel that’s easily accessible. Room was spacious enough and comfortable. My one complaint is you could see dust buildup on the ceiling where the air conditioner blows air. The vent in the washroom was also very dusty....

"This hotel is in a great location, close to the castle. The hotel is pretty new and very clean. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was really fresh and delicious."

"The rooms are very spacious especially considering japan standards. Well equiped and breakfast is included. Very convenient for public transport -just a few minutes walking to the station. Staff at the frint desk helped us with ordering taxi when it was raining. Brillisnt hotel, great staff and woukd stay ahain."

It was about a 10-minute walk but if you have big luggage or if the weather doesn't cooperate I would recommend taking a taxi. There is a tapas-type restaurant attached to the hotel and the dinner service was all-you-can-eat for one price (you simply order what you like), within 120 minutes. "The hotel was overall amazing. Staff were quick to greet me and helped me with my luggage. They had information in both Japanese and English. The room itself was very nice. Had a very classic Japanese appeal with modern amenities that I greatly appreciated it. They give a yukata for each day to maintain cleanliness. The private onsen itself was very clean and spacious. The futon was fluffy and comfortable enough that you couldn’t feel the floor beneath. Location was nice and easily walkable although there is a bit of a hill to get to the hotel. Minutes away is the shopping area that leads to Dogo Onsen. The shopping area has a lot of good food and local gifts. "

The best location in Matsuyama

"The location of this hotel is the best in Matsuyama. Close to the Okaido shopping mall, with Mitsukoshi Department store, and to Matsuyama Castle. Very quiet at night. Clean room and good service. The breakfast buffet is excellent with good view of Matsuyama city."
