"I stay in a one bed apartment and was thankful for the air-conditioning as it was hot outside. Plenty of room for one person and there was a view of the mountain from the windows. I had to buy some microwave cookware as there was no specific items of that kind in the apartment but that was the only thing that let the place down. "

"1. There is no free parking. The hotel charges for park the guests cars, more than any public parking on area. 2. The S. P. A. is poor. Virtualy no exist. There is a pool with standard warm water, and a little jacuzzi up to 4 people. Not hot pool water. There is a little turkish hammam, but is for private use. "The hotel was a long way from the ski slope, the room was dirty and uncomfortable. The sofa bed option was unsleepable, with the ridges from the sofa digging into your back. Had to ask for a second mattress to improve it. The cleaning services were poor. The cleaners only changed the towels and bins. The food selection was abysmal. If you like chips then you are fine, otherwise you get the option of dry chicken or pork casserole every night."

"Very nice hotel, very friendly people, nice spa facilities, average breakfast. They offerred bus to take us to the ski gondola for free and they even offered to take us after working hours. Enjoyed our stay as they upgraded us to a family appartment. Only issue is that the WIFI was not working well in the room. Big parking space near the hotel."

"The fact that the room they gave to us ,was unclean and you could see old spider webs on the seeling,it's enough by it self. But also the drains smell really bad . We found spoons with dirt on them. They seem to be there for long time .some sheets had holes in them!!!"
