"El personal es súper amable. Reservamos 2 horas antes de llegar al destino e inmediatamente nos enviaron WhatsApp para coordinarnos para el check in. Durante esas 2 horas previas a nuestra llegada nos estuvieron asistiendo con preguntas que teníamos sobre horarios y lugares para visitar esa misma tarde. Al llegar, el check in fue muy fácil. Nos encantó que tiene estacionamiento interno, lo que nos hizo sentir que el auto estría seguro. Decidimos ir a caminar al centro histórico para cenar fuera e hicimos 25 minutos caminando. Valladolid es un lugar muy seguro. Debo mencionar que tiene una alberca subterránea de agua caliente a la que puedes entrar a cualquier hora. Las habitaciones son muy amplias. "

The Hotel Caribe is nice, very clean, and good up keep, very colonial, awesome location, surprisingly very quiet. The only negatives, lack of friendly front desk staff and my room smelled quite musty."
