"Friendly welcome at check in large comfy bed and able to control the temperature if the room easily with air-conditioning control. Hotel was quiet at night so Slept well after flying back early evening perfect rest stop before continuing our homeward journey "

"Excellent location for visiting Manchester centre . Few minute s walk from everywhere you’d like to go or a pleasant tram ride away. The room was huge but a bit Spartan. Only one chair, no proper desk or table. No socket for shaver in bathroom. Staff, like everyone else we came into contact with in Manchester, were very pleasantly helpful. "

Rooms were really nice - layout could have been better though I.e., only one bedside table, no desk, not many plugs close-by etc. Had drinks at the bar, decent price and nice atmosphere. Didn’t try breakfast but it looked good! Decor was nice in the room. Fab shower too! For the price of hotels in Manchester now I thought this was well worth it. "

"Perfect location for train travel pre or post stay, right next to Piccadilly station or the tram/free bus stop to Victoria station. Lovely lobby area, and staff were all very friendly! There was a cigarette butt in the room I had at the the corner, but easily missed as hidden under the thick curtains. Didn't impact it my stay, and staff did offer to move me if I wanted when I reported to them without hesitation. Great service!"
