"This was my 2nd time staying at ITC Sonar. My experience met my expectation. I try to be a low maintenance guest, however the hotel staff were always trying to ensure that my stay was comfortable. Housekeeping, room service, reception, laundry services, guest relations, checkin staff, security, gym staff, restaurant staff and managers were always doing their best to ensure that guests do not have a reason to complain about. "The staff make staying here so much worth it - they go above and beyond for all requests. I have been staying here regularly for a few years now - 2 things need more attention from management: common area carpeting looks old and seems to have a stench and needs cleaning the food menu is great but the preparation doesn’t seem to be authentic for the Bengali dishes. In all would stay here next time as well. "
