"A beautiful hotel, loved watching the swans on the lake. Arrived mid afternoon and were afraid that we wouldn't be able to get lunch - but the restaurant was open and provided a very nice meal. The rooms were beautifully maintained, the shower was powerful and every staff member we encountered was welcoming and helpful. I would stay there again if I come back to Cardiff."

"Loved our stay here. Really great location for attending an event at principality stadium. Also great location for shopping and restaurants. Noticed the bar opposite was a bit noisy into the night. Bit confusing getting to the car park but after ringing the hotel and getting pre recorded instructions and postcode we found it no problem. Staff were very helpful and happy. Not sure if there are stairs to lobby as we only found the emergency exit ones but waiting for lift can take a while. Overall lovely stay and will be back if attending another show or staying for shopping! "
