Enjoyed having choice of a bath and a shower plus being able to follow easy controls on air conditioning. Unfortunately the bed was not the most comfortable, the tea urn didn't ever get hot enough to make quality tea- and there were a lot of stairs!"

"Great centrally located hotel. The staff had great customer service and were really welcoming and helpful. We had a couple of areas of fault in our room. Once raised these were rectified almost immediately. Bar perhaps on the expensive side, however cannot fault the hotel in general. Shower was powerful and the bed was really comfortable . I would recommend this hotel to family and friends."

"A perfect location for the New Theatre Cardiff and also next to main shopping street of central Cardiff , We were greeted by front of house staff member Bank, whom upon arrival said I've given yourselves a room upgrade which we accepted gratefully .
