"The hotel was awful. There was no similarity between the pictures of the hotel shown in Expedia to what we actually gotten. A big shame. They offered us a breakfast in a box because the hotel was empty of guests. No security in the hotel. The hotel is not accessible so we had to carry our bags by ourselves along the stairs."

"When I visit Kyiv it is where I stay. I can catch an early train from the Station that is a 5 minute a way. Appreciate Pavlo taking good care of me at check-in. I find the entire staff to be kind and helpful. "
